Our Challenge Members will get access to our all-inclusive Facebook group which includes motivational posts, recipes, workouts and a feeling of community!  Each week members will receive 3 healthy recipes, a facebook live Nutrition talk and Mindset talk, and access to additional home workouts! You will also have the opportunity to participate in 3 in person workouts (as follows).

In Person Workouts:
• Monday 10am, 7pm
• Tuesday 10am, 7pm
• Thursday 10am, 7pm
Our workouts will consist of strength and metabolic conditioning!  We will focus on proper technique and execution of each and every move!
